Who we are
Gulfshore Transportation is a private chauffeur service in Naples, Florida. You can reach us at 239 778 6049 or reservations@gulfshoretransportation.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your first name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), pick-up and drop-off addresses, trip date and time, and number of passengers. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when you did.
When you book, payment is handled by Square. We do not see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and reply to your request.
- To confirm your booking, send invoices and payment links, and coordinate your ride.
- To keep a record of our trips and our communications with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: Google (address lookup and our booking records), Square (invoices and payments), and Vercel (website hosting and anonymous visit statistics). Each uses it only to provide that service to us.
When you send a quote request, we also tell Google Ads that a request was made, so we can see which of our ads are working. That notice includes a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and mobile number, which Google uses only to match the request to an ad you clicked. It cannot be read back as your email or number.
Your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
SMS Terms
When you check the text-message box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Gulfshore Transportation at the mobile number you provided.
- What we send: your quote, booking confirmations, invoices and payment links, updates about your ride, such as your chauffeur’s arrival, and a request to review your ride afterward. We do not send promotional texts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your trip.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. You can also call or email us to opt out.
- Help: reply HELP, or call 239 778 6049.
- Booking without texts: our website sends quotes by text, so the box is required to send a request online. If you would rather not receive texts, call 239 778 6049 or email reservations@gulfshoretransportation.com to book.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by calling or emailing us. We keep trip and payment records as long as we need them for our business and tax records.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
